Privacy Agreement

This Privacy Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between BrokerDox, Inc. (“BrokerDox”) and the user (“User”) of BrokerDox’s software services (“Services”). This Agreement governs the collection, use, and protection of User’s personal information by BrokerDox.

1. Information Collection:

BrokerDox may collect personal information from User, including but not limited to:

BrokerDox reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on the BrokerDox website or notifying User via email. User’s continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

8. Governing Law:

By using BrokerDox’s Services, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Agreement.
