YOU AND YOUR USERS, BY USING OUR SERVICES, FURTHER AGREE NOT TO UPLOAD ANY SENSITIVE DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, DRIVERS LICENSES, FINANCIAL DATA, ACCOUNT NUMBERS, PASSWORDS ETC. OF ANY CUSTOMER, CLIENT, EMPLOYEE, SUB-CONTRACTOR ETC., TO BROKERDOX AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES AS STATED ABOVE INCLUDING ANY ATTORNEY FEES INCURRED BY BROKERDOX, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATED COMPANIES ETC.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

BrokerDox, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
